Yoga for Seniors & Adults is an app developed to help users increase their flexibility and mobility at levels that are suitable to their comfort. The stretches are specific for adults and seniors, or those with restricted mobility — there are over 49 poses an exercises that target different areas of the body.

Users are able to work out in the comfort of their own home with the digital app, following along with the trainer. There are 7 full sequences in a simplified pattern for a full round workout. Once the sequences are practiced, users are encouraged to try the complete workout at their own pace. The stretches are displayed in a video by the instructor in addition to simple instructions.
