Yoga for Seniors & Adults is an App that Helps with Mobility
Users are able to work out in the comfort of their own home with the digital app, following along with the trainer. There are 7 full sequences in a simplified pattern for a full round workout. Once the sequences are practiced, users are encouraged to try the complete workout at their own pace. The stretches are displayed in a video by the instructor in addition to simple instructions.
